Eight-session Ānāpānasati Mindfulness of Breathing Meditation – This course consists of eight one-hour sessions. The sessions can be arranged to fit individual schedules and needs. What you will learn is relaxation and mindful breathing, the method used by the Buddha to reach enlightenment. You will most likely not reach enlightenment during this eight week course but you will have entered the path. You will learn to find the present moment and be mindful of the moment in your body and mind, thereby bringing the body and mind into the same timeframe. This is a powerful practice for people who are dealing with anger, fear, insecurity and other modern-day obstacles.
